Prior to undertaking any treatment, your Doctor will discuss with you the options available and their recommendations based on your unique needs. You will then receive a tailored information and consent package, provided by our qualified fertility nurses.
Fertility North also offers a wide-range of patient information sheets, covering all aspects of your treatment. Please be sure to request more information from our team.
During Your Treatment
Patient Results Portal
Our Patient Results Portal is a secure, web-based portal in which all Fertility North patient treatment results and instructions are uploaded and saved. The portal has been designed to allow you quick and efficient access to your results, as well as minimizing the problems that may be associated with an email-based results system, such as results going to Spam or Junk mailboxes. The Results Portal allows you to view and review all results from your active treatment cycle in one convenient location.
